Spencer Matthews poses with Vogue Williams in bikini after addressing 'unhealthy' new body
Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams have long been couple goals — and they've proven they're physical goals too. spencer and vogue Honestly, the podcast host has never looked so good, we were (literally) blown away when we saw photos of his amazing St. Barts vacation.
Flaunting a literal eight-pack and muscles, Spencer proved he's the pinnacle of health and fitness as he posed shirtless in a stunning pair of swimming trunks. Meanwhile, Vogue looked incredible in a tropical print bikini, showing off her husband's rock-hard abs.
The incredible post was even more poignant because Spencer, 35, recently defended herself against social media users “expressing concern” about her appearance, saying she was too thin and looked “unhealthy.” He explained that the comments, while well-meaning, were very upsetting because he is the healthiest person he has ever been.
However, it looks like Spencer has nothing to worry about, as one fan joked: “If I looked like this, I would never wear a top. Ever.”
The comments kept coming from the pair's incredulous fans, with one joking: “Do you have a discount code for some abs?” And another sharing: “**cries in my six rolls**.” A third said: “Sweet baby Jesus you and Spenny look amazing” while a fourth wrote: “I can only see abs!!! How do you guys do that!!! I applaud you. Everyone crazy It seems.”
Last month, Spencer was forced to address the endless comments about her body in an emotional Instagram post, asking people to stop commenting on her body.
Spencer wrote: “Every day on this forum, women write to me expressing concern about my appearance. They say I'm too thin and I look sick… One asked how I 'look at my body. Why am I punishing' and most of them said 'I hope you are okay??' Just a quick note to say that while your worry is misplaced and the distribution of that worry is unhealthy, I am fit, fine, and most of all, really happy.
“In fact, I am the healthiest I have ever been – enjoying a disciplined routine and being motivated with clear goals, training for world record endurance races, hopefully providing enough volume for those Funds can be raised for those who need it. Training for this is a challenge, not a punishment, but progress…
“Please don't mistake me for thinking of myself as being physically unhealthy…it's not. It's exciting and, in my case, makes me feel alive and full of purpose. There was a time when I even had 'anxiety ' Didn't get a single message. The drinker is a huge problem – overweight and extremely unhealthy. I didn't want it then and I certainly don't want it now.
“It's really simple – don't comment on someone's looks. If someone looks different there's probably a reason for it. I believe I found a healthy lifestyle.”
Her friends, including podcast co-host Jamie Lang, showed their support, while the Irish beauty from Vogue commented, “I think you're lethal.”
Spencer – who has been parenting Theodore, five, Gigi, three, and Vogue, 38, for 20 months – has been training hard, including running a charity race on behalf of The Michael Matthews Foundation Which is close to his heart.
Unveiling his newly improved physique last year, he revealed that he had achieved it by “training religiously, lifting weights three times a week, running, not drinking and being conscious of my health”.
The star's inspiration comes from his decision to quit alcohol, which has helped him bring “routine, clear planning and stability” to his life.

Spencer quit drinking in 2018 to save her marriage to Vogue and focus on her family, and now only enjoys wine occasionally.
“I could lose you, I could lose the job, I could die — not to be too dramatic about it, but that's the way it was growing up,” he said on Vogue's Taboo Talks podcast.
