Founded in Washington DC in 2013 by entrepreneur Anne Mahlum, SolidCore aims to redefine core workouts with a Pilates foundation, offering an innovative approach to fitness that has attracted Sydney, among others.

In addition to Pilates, Sydney has a history of competing in MMA, a passion she still maintains despite not being able to participate often due to the risk of injuries that may interfere with her acting career.

Describing one memorable wrestling competition to Women's Health magazine, Sydney said, “It was a wrestling competition against all the guys in the weight class above me, and I got first place.” His victories in competitions, even against bigger opponents, highlight his dedication and skill in the game.

Sydney also advocates the benefits of water sports, and credits her “beautiful” and “strong” physique to activities such as swimming, skiing and surfing.

“I grew up on the water, always running around in bikinis. My arms are stronger, more toned. My abs are stronger,” she said, emphasizing the transformative effect connecting with nature and water has had on her body. Hui said.

When it comes to hydration and nutrition, Sydney stays disciplined by choosing water as her primary drink.

This choice, which is rooted in a decision taken in his youth, has become an integral part of his lifestyle.
