Since its commercial arrival on the Australian telco landscape in 1992, Optus has maintained its position as Australia's second largest network operator, with Telstra consistently holding the number one position in terms of customer numbers.

Optus, a subsidiary of Singapore's telecommunications giant Singtel, offers several mobile plans that offer big data at reasonable prices. There are both pre-paid and post-paid options, as well as plans that include one handset.
