2025 review of the Financial Institutions Acts—what should be reviewed and updated?


The financial services industry has undergone transformational change in recent years. It is important to be well-versed in the fundamentals of building and applying knowledge in this rapidly growing industry. This series will provide a general overview of the regulatory regime applicable to banks and insurance companies with more detailed discussion of selected topics, and equip participants with a comprehensive overview of the essentials of banking and insurance law.
